If it is a big deal get help from a trusted adult
Recognize when you are making a mountain out of a mole hill.  Take time to ponder why you are making a big deal out a little deal.  Are you rested?  Are your healthy?  Are you hungry? Are you frustrated?  Use your energy wisely.
