Name Your Emotion / Name It - Claim It
Feelings are not good or bad, they just are:  if you can name your feeling you are on your way to manage your emotions with healthy thoughts and better choices.


Listen you your own body and try to understand the clues you are being given.  When you understand your emotions you can then decide if this emotion is helping you to stay safe or distracting and hurting your emotional well being.
