                                 Friday - Wacky hair day



       This Wednesday we will have guest speakers from the high school presenting to our fifth grade students.  Our speakers will be sharing how they discovered their exercise passion, habits they practice to stay healthy, as well as their best piece of advice to be a successful student.


             Mrs. Geisz and I will be teaching counseling lessons regarding healthy choices for life.

As a parent, you can no doubt write your own poem. An ode to "thine tired child's crabbiness and orneriness" perhaps. But the reasons for a good night's sleep go well beyond mood.
