Tips to Control Your Anger!


We are discussing how each person is responsible for controlling their energy and recognizing the way our bodies talk to us.  If we become familiar with our own body talk we will have a better chance to do something about our emotions and handle our energy instead of our energy or emotions handling us!

Please encourage a few techniques when you notice your child's energy entering the yellow/caution zone.

I shared with the kid's that counting to 10 does not work for me.   Instead or counting to ten,  I repeat a positive phrase in my head slowly until I gain a more comfortable balance.  My phrase is "I can do this."  

Let it go... Ask yourself, "Is it really worth it?"  If your answer is no - let it go!  If your answer is yes, get yourself ready to do the work needed to make positive difference!
