Not Now...

Our classes have been practicing the art of staying in the moment and putting all our focus and energy on the one thing we are participating in the present moment.  Tall order to fill, I know but, this concentration muscle can be strengthened.  We have been using the phrase, "Not NOW" when a random thought comes to our mind while we are trying to read, write or perform at task.  The students are discovering a more calm feeling with their direct focus.  You try it!  Make your present moments a real experience.
