Brain Exercises This week in our intermediate counseling classes - grades 3, 4 and 5 - we will review whole body listening skills and discuss the awareness of divided attention.                            We will also discuss and practice ways to increase our attention.

In our primary classes this week we have been practicing the skill of whole body listening. When we really listen to each other we are able to understand the message from our speaker and make stronger personal connections.

     Ms. Peoppel and I have been enjoying lunch with many New Concord Flyers .  We plan to wrap up our first round of visits this week.  It has been a pleasure meeting so many wonderful new students.  Welcome to Concord!      We will begin our lessons in our primary classes this coming week.  Ms. Peoppel will teach the first grade lessons and I will teach the kindergarten and second grade lessons.      Curriculum Night is scheduled for this coming Tuesday and Thursday evening.  Please come by and visit.  We are in room 4 - next to Ms. Tackes 3grade classroom and down the hall from the library.      Please keep an eye out for our Concord Counseling Brochure  . Our primary classrooms will receive a copy of the brochure this week.
